Right to cancel 

BICYCLE GLOVES wish to inform you that you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after your goods have been delivered. You do not need to give us a reason for cancelling.

Procedure for exercising the right of withdrawal/cancelation

If you’ve made a purchase at our site and you want to withdraw from the purchase, you must follow these simple steps:

Send to BICYCLEGLOVES. within 14 working days of receipt of goods, a letter with acknowledgment of receipt containing a statement expressing the right to want to cancel the purchase.
 This communication should be anticipated via e-mail or by telephone within one business day of sending the letter.  Upon receiving your email or phone call anticipating the letter BICYCLEGLOVES will send you your RMA (Return merchandising authorization) to the email address associated with your account.
Send your package using a traceable shipping method, so that we can track it if there are any problems  The product must be carefully packed in original packaging and complete with all accessories, instruction manuals. If the product delivered has not been insured for the value indicated on the invoice, in case of damage or loss during transport, BICYCLEGLOVES reserves the right to charge any damages withheld sums to be reimbursed.
Indicate the RMA (Return merchandising authorisation) assigned by BICYCLEGLOVES on the address label as shown below and ship the product to the following address:

BICYCLEGLOVES will, by bank transfer or PayPal, refund the cost of the goods shipped and the initial shipping charges within 14 days of the shipment of goods received from you, but not before receipt of goods.


BICYCLE GLOVES are not responsible for any damage or loss, direct or indirect, arising from the sale of goods and services offered on the site bicycle gloves.co.uk, nor the delay and/or non-delivery of the product, nor for the correspondence of goods with the specifications published on the site, or for any other reason not directly attributable to BICYCLEGLOVES.CO.UK.

BICYCLEGLOVES reserves the right to modify/adapt the technical and dimensional information of the offer of products on the website BICYCLEGLOVES.O.UK at any time without pre advice.

Product Availability

Since the access and the ability to submit orders online changes in real time the availability of the products included on the site BICYCLEGLOVES.CO.UK does not guarantee the certainty of allocation of the ordered goods.

Risk and Property

BICYCLEGLOVES is responsible for shipping from the moment in which the package leaves our warehouse to the moment in which it is signed for on delivery. Upon delivery of the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of packages and corresponding in quantitative and qualitative sense to the description in the accompanying document.
In case of discrepancies, the same should be reported and confirmed within one day via registered mail or email at SALES@BICYCLEGLOVES.CO.UK.
Regardless of whether the packaging is intact or not upon delivery, the contents must be verified within seven days of receipt. Any not immediately discernible defects must be reported in writing by fax or registered mail or email sent to BICYCLEGLOVES immediately upon discovery of the defect. Every report received after the above deadlines will not be taken into account. For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility of what has been declared.


The inclusion of false, altered and/or invented data in any registration form (personal data, addresses, phone numbers, mailboxes, etc..) is prohibited. BICYCLEGLOVES.CO.UK reserves the right to prosecute any kind of violation or abuse in their own interest. BICYCLEGLOVES.CO.UK is not responsible in any way for the fraudulent and illegal use of its site and services, and any type of payment from third parties.


Warning to consumers on the right of withdrawal

Sales of goods via the Internet are governed by the Sale of Goods and Services Act governing the matter of distance contracts, that is done outside of business premises.
This legislation establishes the right of withdrawal, which is the ability for the consumer to return the product purchased and the reimbursement of expenditure incurred.

 The only cost to be paid to is that of re-shipment of product.
